2. Product Accuracy We try our best to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile display will show the exact color. Slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and Online Banking.
• For Cash on Delivery, you may need to pay a partial advance delivery charge to confirm the order.

4. Order Cancellation We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• The product is out of stock.
• There is a pricing error on the website.
• The customer’s contact information is incorrect or unreachable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We use third-party courier services (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast, RedX) for delivery.
• Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days depending on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or natural disasters.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Strict Rule: Returns are only accepted if a claim is made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Mandatory: An Unboxing Video is required to prove any damage or missing items. Without a video, no return or refund will be processed.
• Returns are not applicable if you simply change your mind or dislike the color.

7. User Conduct You agree not to use our products for any illegal purpose. Any fake orders or abuse of our services may result in your account being banned.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
