Return & Replacement Policy
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Unboxing Video is Mandatory To claim a return or refund, you MUST record a clear video while opening the package for the first time.
- The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits).
- No Unboxing Video = No Return/Refund.
1. Timeframe for Reporting
- You must report any issues to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Complaints made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
2. When Can You Return an Item? (Valid Reasons) We WILL accept returns or replacements if:
- The product is damaged or broken upon arrival.
- The product is not working (technical fault).
- You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
- Proof: The unboxing video must clearly show the damage or wrong item.
3. When Can You NOT Return an Item? We WILL NOT accept returns if:
- You simply changed your mind.
- You do not like the color or design after seeing the physical product.
- The damage was caused by your mishandling or misuse.
4. How to Claim a Return
- Check the product immediately upon delivery.
- Send your Order ID and the Unboxing Video to our customer support.
- Once we verify the issue from the video, we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
